Brett King

Brett King is from Locust Fork, Alabama, and is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law (J.D. 2006). Brett graduated first in his class in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University (B.S. 2001) before continuing his education at Yale University in New Haven, CT (M.S. 2002).

Brett has tried numerous jury cases to verdict, as well as handling appeals before Alabama’s appellate courts. Brett was a member of the Alabama State Bar’s 2012 Leadership Forum. Brett’s practice is focused on Personal Injury, Criminal Law, General Civil Litigation, Real Estate, and Probate matters.

Brett is an active member of Locust Fork Baptist Church, and the Blount County Bar Association. In 2017 he was appointed by the Blount County Commission to a seat on the Birmingham Water Works Board. Brett and his wife, Danya, live in Locust Fork and have three children, Ella, Zeth, and Asa.
