Bradley Green

Brad Green regularly handles complex civil matters at all stages through trial and appeal. Focusing almost entirely on civil litigation, Brad maintains a busy trial practice involving complex domestic relations/family law cases, business/commercial litigation, retaliatory discharge defense, real estate disputes, along with various other types of civil and probate matters.

Brad has successfully taken complex multi--year cases to verdicts in both bench and jury trials, and succeeded in defending those verdicts through the entire appellate process. Brad has won cases before the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals and the Alabama Supreme Court, with several of his cases being published in the Southern Reporter.

In addition to his trial practice, Brad regularly uses informal negotiation, and formal mediation to help clients resolve cases without the costs of going to trial.

Brad is originally from Corner, Alabama, and is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law (J.D. 2006). While in law school Brad was a member of the law school’s national trial team. Brad obtained his bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College (B.A. 2003) where he majored in Political Science.

Outside of his practice, Brad spends as much time as possible with his family. Besides whatever his son is up to, Brad's interests include American political history, British and Canadian politics, Alabama history, and college football.
